Itinerary

DAY 1Kampala /Entebbe

Depart Kampala /Entebbe early after breakfast drive straight to Mbarara and have lunch Either in Lake Mburoo or at Igongo.

Do an evening game drive and stay the night at………. lodge.

DAY 2Lake Mburo National Park

At lake Mburo the activities that can be done includes Bicycle Safari, Horse Riding , Kazumba spectacular view, boat ride onn lake mburo to get a close encounter with the crocks and hippos,

Depart for an early morning game drive and exit the park gate. Drive to Fort portal stay at either Turaco or forest lodge.

DAY 4Queen Elizabeth Natinal Park

While at queen Eliszbeth you can also

  • Boat trip
  • Boats and Hunters café -bats, cobras, pythons etc
  • Kyambura Gorge.

Have breakfast and depart for early morning game drive.

Enjoy your lunch and depart for 2-hour boat cruise where you will see large concentration of hippos, over 500 resident bird species offering spectacular opportunity for photography. Return to your lodge and spend the night. Depart aging for early morning game drive enroute pass via Ishasha sector be on the look out for tree climbing lion and enjoy the verdant terraced hillside of the Kigezi highland and its winding roads reminiscent of Switzerland.

DAY 5Bwindi

The day many tick off their most anticipated bucket list is finally here for you. After an early morning breakfast depart for the briefing point where you will be led by our knowledgeable and experienced guide. The climax is when you come face to face with the mystique gorilla in their wild habitat. There is no experience that surpasses the eerie and exhilarating feeling when you stare into the misty and scintillating eye of the beast, man’s closest cousin.

DAY 6Rhino Sanctuary

Take a one and half hour detour to an excursion into the rhino sanctuary where you will come close to the rhinos which where reintroduced into the country after they were hunted to extinction in the 1970s thanks to the reintroduction programme one can track the rhinos and spend up to 2 hours with them in the 70 Square Km sanctuary.

DAY 7Lake Bunyonyi

The tranquil environment on lake Bunyonyi gives you the perfect rest stop from or to  the hassles and heck of the journey/trek . Spend the night either on the banks overlooking the lake or in one of its many islands dotted across Africas deepest lake and enjoy chefs’ delicacy of sumptuous cray fish.
